CARROG SHOOT
A forestry block with excellent vehicle access, Carrog is characterised by very steep banks which can show extraordinarily high birds. Carrog has been a syndicate shoot for over 30 years and for
the last 10 years has rested in the very capable hands of the Turner family. The shoot has two flight pounds on the edge of the Berwyn mountains, in addition to a grouse moor with excellent walked up shooting. Carrog is at the far end of the Rhug Estate which has been developed by the present Lord Newborough (8th Baron) into one of the largest organic properties in Wales.
